Overview
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

1. Wrong Size, Variant or Change of Mind
If you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong variant, or simply changed your mind:

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process either an exchange or a refund to your original payment method.
To speed things up, you may also place a new order for the correct item and return the original for a refund once received.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or video so we can verify the issue.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement at no cost to you, or
  • A full refund or store credit depending on the situation

Return shipping for damaged or defective items is covered by us.

3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size changes, variant changes, and product swaps. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped promptly.

5. Delivery Issues
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you experience a delivery issue, contact us and we will assist by opening an investigation with the carrier and working toward a fair resolution.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Opened personal care or hygiene items
  • Gift cards

7. Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale or during a promotion may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund if found to be defective or damaged. Eligibility is determined upon inspection.

8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the amount.

Refunds may be declined if the item has been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without its original packaging or components.
